I’m proud to share my golf coaching journey with you, which began in West Yorkshire, working with players from a wide range of local and regional clubs. After completing my PGA Training in 2019, I continued to develop my coaching expertise and am now a PGA Accredited Professional and Recognised Specialist Coach.
In 2021, I became the Bradford Union U18 Performance Coach, a role that has given me the opportunity to work closely with many talented junior and elite golfers. I’ve had the privilege of coaching Mark James, former Ryder Cup Captain, supporting him to a top-10 finish on the Legends Tour. More recently, I coached Huey Cunningham, who progressed through to the final stage of Open Championship Qualifying after winning his first round. I’ve also worked with several players who have gone on to compete in the Junior European Championships, including Harry, who won the championship in Spain.
Using this experience, I created 1 Shot Golf Academy with a simple aim: to provide a complete coaching package that gives golfers everything they need to reach their full potential. With over 60 golfers currently part of the academy, it has proven extremely popular, and I’m delighted to continue its growth with the addition of Lucy Eaton as a second coach, further strengthening the academy’s coaching offering.
